脱垂与非脱垂子宫患者阴式全子宫切除术的特点及护理

目的分析脱垂与非脱垂子宫患者阴式全子宫切除术的特点并制定相应的护理措施。方法根据对阴式全子宫切除术患者临床资料的分析,采取相应的护理干预措施,比较脱垂子宫阴式全子宫切除术（脱垂组）与非脱垂子宫阴式全子宫切除术（非脱垂组）患者的相关指标。结果两组患者的年龄、留置导尿时间、术后住院时间比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论对脱垂子宫阴式全子宫切除患者的护理重点应防止尿潴留与尿路感染;对非脱垂子宫阴式全子宫切除患者护理重点是术前彻底清洁阴道。

Characteristics and corresponding nursing strategy of a vaginal total hysterectomy for patients with uteiine prolapse and non-prolapsed uterine

Objective To analyse the chinical characteristics of patients having undeigone a vaginal total hysterectomy to make the synchronous nursing strategies.Methods Prospectively analyzed the clinical information of patients who had undergone a vaginal total hysterectomy for uterine prolapse(prolapse group) or non-prolapsed uterus(non-prolapsed group)and compared the related parameters of the cases.Results There were significant differences regarding age,the mean time for the indwelling urethral catheter and postoperative hospitalization time between prolapse group and non-prolapsed group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing care for the patients undergoing a vaginal total hysterectomy for uterine prolapse should focus on caring urinary drainage system to prevent postoperative complications including urinary retention and urinary tract infections,and for those with non-prolapsed uterus should focus on preoperative vaginal care.
