| 摘 要： | 目的了解重庆市万州区各类医疗机构门诊与住院病人次均费用及其构成比的变化。方法收集万州区2009年-2010年卫生统计网络直报资料,按医疗机构进行分类,对门诊、住院次均费用及药品、检查治疗费构成比进行对比分析。结果 2010年门诊、住院次均费用以二级医院增幅最低,民营医院增幅最高。医院门诊次均费用134.58元,同比增长7.70%;住院次均费用7014.26元,同比增长12.78%,其检查治疗构成比下降,药品构成比上升。卫生院门诊次均费用相当于医院的近1/3,住院次均费用相当于医院的近1/7,门诊、住院次均费用药品构成比比2009年分别下降4.11、1.80个百分点。结论万州区医疗机构次均费用增长结构趋于合理,门诊次均费用增长控制较好,对住院次均费用增长的控制还需进一步加强。
