| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同浸提时间的荣宝浸提液的杀螺效果，研究荣宝有效成分的杀螺效果。方法称取一定量的荣宝，配制成四种浓度，分为两组，A组浸提液浸提时间为1h，B组浸提液浸提时间为24h，观察其浸提液在48h、72h内杀螺效果。结果24h浸提液在48h、72h内观察杀螺效果均显著高于1h的浸提液杀螺效果。结论荣宝杀螺的有效成分能较好地溶解于水，并且不受pH值的影响：经荣宝浸提液浸泡处理后的钉螺，48h钉螺死亡率96．70％；72h钉螺死亡率100％，表现其具有杀螺作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the mollusciciding effect and the effective component on Rongbao extraction. Methods 4 different concentrations of Rongbao solution were made and divided into two groups. Group A was solute 1 h and group B was solute 24 h. The mollusciciding effect was observed in 48 h and 72 h, respectively. Results The mollusciciding effect for the extraction of 24 h was much better than that of the ex- traction of 1 h after immersed 48 h and 72 h. Conclusion The effective component of Rongbao powder can be dissolved into water easily and less impacted by PH value. The mortality of snail was 96.7% immersed in Rongbao extraction for 48 h, and 100% for 72 h. Rongbao extraction had significant mollusciciding effect. |
