| 摘 要： | 目的为临床医师进行国际疾病分类编码研发一套计算机输入系统。方法根据《国际疾病分类（第十次修订本）》,疾病诊断采用《现代临床医学诊断标准丛书》,应用Delphi7.0软件,开发相配套软件。并设计医师编码路线图。结果临床医师依靠国际疾病分类编码路径及智能编码系统,可以方便的完成初步的编码工作,疾病分类专职编码员对临床医师编码工作的验证使疾病分类工作更加科学和严谨。结论临床医师国际疾病分类编码路径及智能编码系统,具有重大的社会效益和极大经济价值。
