| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院住院患者死因谱的特征。方法对某院2009年-2010年住院死亡病案进行统计分析。结果循环系统、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病及损伤、中毒和外因的某些其他后果为住院患者死因构成的前5位。结论需加强宣传,提高人群防病意识,改变不良生活习惯,加强环境保护,临床治疗要合理使用抗生素,提高人群健康水平,降低住院病死率。
