地塞米松联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗急性胰腺炎疗效分析

目的观察地塞米松联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法将267例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为A、B、C三组;A组患者给予地塞米松治疗,B组给予低分子右旋糖酐治疗,C组给予两种药物联合治疗,比较各组患者的住院时间、腹痛缓解时间、血糖和血清淀粉酶恢复正常时间及治疗有效率。结果 C组的住院时间和血清淀粉酶恢复正常时间明显短于其他两组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;C组的腹痛缓解时间短于B组（P〈0.05）。结论地塞米松与低分子右旋糖酐联合应用治疗急性胰腺炎的效果优于其单独应用的效果。

Clinical effect of dexamethasone combined with low molecular dextran on acute pancreatitis

Objective To compare the clinical effect of dexamethasone and low molecular dextran used separately or together in treating acute pancreatitis.Methods Two hundreds and sixty-seven patients with acute pancreatitis were randomized into three groups(group A,B and C,n=89).Group A was administered with dexamethasone,group B with low molecular dextran,and group C was done with dexamethasone together with low molecular dextran.We compared patients’ hospital stay time,a reduction in abdominal pain,the recovery times for blood sugar and serum amylase concentrations and the effective rate in three groups.Results The hospital stay time and the recovery time for serum amylase concentration in group C were much shorter than those in group A and B(P<0.05,P<0.01);a reduction in abdominal pain in group C was shorter compared with group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of dexamethasone together with low molecular dextran for acute pancreatitis is much better than dexamethasone or low molecular dextran alone.
