腰椎滑脱并神经损伤患者围手术期护理体会

目的总结对腰椎滑脱并神经损伤患者围手术期护理体会。方法对患者加强术前心理护理和健康指导,做好术后体位护理、病情观察、伤口护理、功能锻炼及出院指导。结果本组患者共22例,随访6~24个月,平均11个月。术后所有患者腰腿痛缓解,复查X片见滑脱椎体复位,定期复查,滑脱椎体间均骨性融合,无内固定松动、断裂等并发症,患者术后神经功能恢复较好。结论围手术期护理是确保手术成功的重要环节,对防止并发症、取得较好治疗效果起到重要作用。

Nursing care of perioperative period of lumbar spondylolisthesis with nerve injury

Objective To discuss and summarize the nursing care in perioperative period of patients of lumbar spondylolisthesis with nerve injury.Methods We strengthened psychological care and health guidance for patients in preoperative period,and took good care of patients′ body position and wound in postoperative period,and helped patients in functional exercise.Also,we gave advice to patients when leaving hospital.Results Twenty-two cases in the group were followed up(range: 6-24 months,mean 11 months).The symptom of lumbago and leg pain disappeared after operation.The postoperative x-ray showed that satisfactory reduction of the involved vertebral bodies.Intervertebral bone fusion was found in all the cases through regular radiographic examination.Complications(looseness and breakage of internal fixation,etc.) were not found.All patients had satisfactory recovery of neurological functions.Conclusion Perioperative nursing contributed greatly to better result of operation and also played an important role in preventing the complications and improving the results.
