| 摘 要： | 目的探讨各类复杂纵膈肿瘤的外科治疗方法及特点。方法对20例复杂纵膈肿瘤患者的外科治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果取颈部低位领状(和胸骨半劈开)切口切除巨大胸骨后甲状腺肿8例;5例合并上腔静脉综合征患者分别行纵膈肿瘤切除、人工血管置换或自体心包修补术;手术完整切除或部分切除巨大纵膈肿瘤7例。结论一些复杂纵膈肿瘤的手术难度及危险性较大,应根据不同情况,采取适当术式,以达到理想的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To study various complicated mediastinal tumor surgical methods and summarize their characteristics.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the surgical methods of 20 complicated mediastinal tumors.Results Eight cases giant substernal goiter were treated by collar-thyroid-incision and partial uppermedian sternotomy.Seven cases with superior vena cava surgery for entire resection of the mediastinal tumor.Two cases were treated for the mediastinitis which was caused by the repeated rupture of the mediastin... |
