胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病过程中的心理护理探讨

目的探讨心理护理在胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病期间的意义。方法将应用胰岛素泵强化治疗的糖尿病患者80例随机分为两组,观察组采用个性化心理护理措施,对照组采用常规护理。通过焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对护理干预前后的心理状况进行评分。结果经护理干预后,两组患者SAS评分及SDS评分均显著降低（P〈0.05）;观察组患者SAS评分及SDS评分均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论针对胰岛素泵治疗过程中患者心理变化的个性化心理护理,能更有效地改善患者的心理状态,有利于促进患者的康复。

Psychological care during the treatment of diabetes with insulin pump

Objective To investigate the significance of psychological care in the insulin pump therapy.Methods Eighty patients undergoning insulin pump therapy were divided into two groups.One group was psychologically cared with personalized intervention(observation group),the other was done with conventional care.SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the psychological state of the patients.Results After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05);moreover,the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were much lower than those of the control(P<0.05).Conclusion The individual psychological care can effectively moderate the mental state of patients undergoing insulin pump therapy;it is conducive to the diabetes patient’s rehabilitation.
