摘    要:目的 分析广德县血吸虫病疫情,为科学制定和实施”十二五”血吸虫病防治规划提供依据。方法收集全县1977-2009年血吸虫病防治螺、病情资料,建立数据库并进行综合分析。方法收集全县1977~2009年血吸虫病防治螺、病情资料,建立数据库并进行综合分析。结果1977-2009年广德县开展了大规模查灭螺和查治病等防治工作,1995年血吸虫病疫情达到传播控制标准。32年间,全县有螺面积总体呈缓慢下降趋势,但出现了1984~1986年回升高峰,2005年后又缓慢上升趋势;人群感染率呈逐年下降趋势,但1979年、1983年出现病情反弹,2004年也有小幅波动,同时1978年、1979年、2000年、2004年和2007年均出现了当地感染的急性血吸虫病疫情。结论广德县血吸虫病病情已控制在较低水平,但仍存在疫情反弹现象;钉螺面积下降迟缓,呈徘徊趋势。提示今后要加大综合治理灭螺力度,提高灭螺效果,进一步巩固血防成果。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Guangde County, and provide scientific basis for making out preventing and controlling strategies for the Twelfth-Five-Year Plan. Methods The data of endemic situation of schistosomiasis and snail distribution from 1977 to 2009 were collected and analyzed. Results With the hard work for schistosomiasis control on a large scale in Guangde county from 1977 to 2009, it reached the transmission control in 1995. The area of snail showed a trend of declining in general for the 32 years,but the area increased rapidly fi'om 1984 to 1986, then declined gradually, and increased slowly from 2005. The infection rate of people also showed a declining trend yearly, but it showed a local recovery in 1979, 1983 and 2004. Acute cases occurred in1979, 2000, 2004 and 2007.Conclusion The endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Gnangde was controlled in a lower level,but there still existed the risk of rebound. The area of snail fluctuated and reduced slowly. It showed that comprehensive measures for snail control should be strengthened to consolidate the achievement of schistosomiasis control in the future.
