摘    要:目的观察芜申运河(马宣段)航道整治工程对血吸虫病传播的影响,提出预防控制血吸虫病流行的对策。方法根据工程设计报告.现场考察工程涉及区域有关情况.收集血吸虫病防治历史资料.开展螺情和病情现况调查.综合分析工程项目对血吸虫病流行和传播的影响,提出预防控制血吸虫病流行的措施。结果芜申运河(马宣段)航道整治工程可以在局部地区消灭钉螺.但也存在着钉螺孳生、扩散及加重血吸虫病传播的风险。针对这些风险.工程在建役和运行期间应采取防止因工程建设造成钉螺扩散和加重血吸虫病传播措施.提高建设项目的综合效益.结论芜申运河(马宣段)航道整治工程存在造成钉螺扩散和加重血吸虫病传播的风险.应采取相应的预防控制措施。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of Wushen Cannel Project on schistosomiasis transmission, and put forwards strategies on schistosomiasis prevention and control. Methods According to the data concerning the project design, the related information around the project was survey in the field. The data concerning schistosomiasis control in history were collected. The investigations on distribution of snails and morbidity of schistosomiasis were carried out. The effect of the project on schistosonfiasis transmission was systematically evaluated, and a series of prevention and control interventions against schistosomiasis were proposed based on the above investigations. Results On one hand, Wushen Canal Project can control snails in a localized region, but on the other hand, the project can cause snails breeding and spreading as well as aggravation on schistosoiniasis transmission. In view of the situation mentioned above, active measurements must be taken to prevent the snails froin spreading and aggravation on schistosomiasis transmission by the construction of the project. Conclusion The construction of Wushen Canal Project may cause the snails spreading and aggravation on schistosomiasis transmission, and effective control measures must be carried out to reduce the risk.
