| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定2,3,5,4-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量的方法。方法用50%乙醇提取2,3,5,4-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷,中性氧化铝柱洗脱;流动相：乙腈-水（20：80）;流速：1.0ml/min;检测波长：320nm。结果 2,3,5,4-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷得到很好分离,在0.02～0.64mg/ml浓度范围线性关系良好（r=0.9995）,平均回收率为98.3%,RSD为0.3%。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于益脑宁胶囊中2,3,5,4-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of stilbene glucoside.Methods Agilent 1200 Series HPLC system was used in this experiment;the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(20:80);the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the detection wavelength was set at 320 nm.Results The linear range of stilbene glucoside was at 0.02～0.64 mg/ml(r=0.9995),the average recovery rate and the average RSD of recovery were 98.3% and 0.3%.Conclusion The method in this study is fast,reliable and accurate,and could be used in the quality control of stilbene glucoside sample. |
