| 摘 要： | 目的探讨安宝(盐酸利托君)治疗先兆早产的临床效果及护理方法。方法 60例符合保胎条件的先兆早产的孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组孕妇基本情况无统计学差异,具体可比性。观察组运用微量输液泵、一般静脉输液器输入盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产,对照组采用一般静脉输液器输入硫酸镁治疗先兆早产。比较两组用药后的输入药物浓度的准确性、显效时间、延长孕周时间、不良反应、新生儿的预后等。结果观察组用药浓度的准确性、显效时间、延长孕周时间均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸利托君显效快,能有效地延长孕周时间,保胎成功率较高,安全有效。微量输液泵用于盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产,能提高药物的治疗效果和减少护士的工作量,提高工作效率,可以作为目前治疗及护理先兆早产的首选方案。
