康复外科在口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者围术期中的应用

目的探讨快速康复外科(FTS)护理对口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者的应用效果。方法将102例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者分为FTS组(52例)和对照组(50例),对照组采用传统的护理方法,FTS组采用快速康复外科护理方法。具体包括术前访视、术前心理护理、健康教育、术前不常规禁饮食及置胃管;术后予镇痛、保温、提前饮食和提前康复锻炼等。结果两组术后手术伤口愈合情况,口腔功能恢复情况,停止静脉输液时间,术后住院时间比较及术后并发症的发生情况,差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者围术期行快速康复外科护理,可提高患者的手术耐受力,促进患者早期康复,且安全可靠。

Application of fast tract surgery nursing care during oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor perioperation

【Objective】 To discuss the application effect of the fast tract surgery care for malignant tumor in oral and maxillofacial region.【Methods】 102 patients were divided into two groups: FTS group(52 patients) and control group(50 patients).The control group used the traditional nursing care.The FTS group used fast tract surgery nursing care which include visit,psychological care,health education,routine diet and no nasogastric tube during the preoperational time.After the operation,the FTS group provided analgesic measures,temperature maintenance,ahead of diet time and advance exercise etc.【Results】 The wound healing time,the oral function recovering time,stopping intravenous injection time,hospitalization time and the incidence rate of complication for two groups were statistical different(P <0.05,P <0.01).【Conclusions】 The fast tract surgery care is safe and helpful to patients.
