卵巢上皮癌早期诊断及治疗分析——附89例临床病例分析

目的目前尚无早期诊断卵巢癌的理想方法,探讨卵巢上皮癌的早期诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析89例早期卵巢上皮癌患者的临床资料。Ⅰ期84例,Ⅱ期5例。结果所有患者都顺利通过手术和/或化疗后,出院经随访,5年生存率达88.8%。结论卵巢上皮癌的早期诊断对卵巢癌的预后影响很大,其主要的治疗手段是手术和化疗。

The early diagnosis and treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer-the analysis of 89 clinical cases attached

【Objective】 At present,there is no ideal method for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.The methods for early diagnosis and treatment of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were explored in this essay.【Methods】 The clinical data of 89 cases of early epithelial ovarian cancer were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.【Results】 All patients were successfully performed with surgical operation and/or chemotherapy,and the 5-year survival rate reached 88.8% according to the follow-up after discharging.【Conclusion】 The early diagnosis and treatment of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer is the key point for getting good prognosis,and the main methods for its treatment are surgical operation and chemotherapy.
