介入治疗中肝癌肝外动脉供血的意义

目的探讨原发性肝癌的迷走肝外动脉供血及其对肝癌介入治疗的意义。方法本组46例原发性肝癌患者行常规腹腔动脉造影及肝外动脉探查,并对其行超选择性插管及化疗栓塞治疗（TACE）。结果 46例患者共见49条肝外动脉血管,其中右膈动脉（18/49）和肠系膜上动脉（15/49）占多数。6条肝外动脉因未能成功行超选择性插管而只予化疗药灌注治疗,其余43条肝外动脉均行超选性插管和化疗栓塞治疗。结论原发性肝癌的迷走肝外动脉供血较为常见和多变,对肝癌的经导管介入治疗具有重要的意义。

Significance of extrahepatic artery blood supply in Interventional treatment

Objective To investigate the significance of extrahepatic arterial blood supply infinterventional treatment of liver cancer.Methods 46 cases of primary liver cancer underwent conventional abdominal angiography and hepatic artery probe,and its line of super-selective catheterization and chemoembolization（TACE）.Results There were 49 extrahepatic arteries in 46 patients,in which the right phrenic artery（18/49） and superior mesenteric artery（15/49） were the majority.Superselective catheterization was failed in 6 hepatic arteries,and infusion chemotherapy treatment was done.The remaining 43 underwent hepatic artery and superselective chemoembolization.Conclusion It is more common and varied in primary liver cancer of extrahepatic arterial blood supply,and it is significant to Interventional treatment of liver cancer.
