传染性非典型肺炎康复者肺功能状况随访结果分析

目的　探讨传染性非典型肺炎 (SARS)康复者出院后的肺功能状况 ,提高对SARS的认识。方法　对 2 0 0 3年 2月～ 2 0 0 3年 5月期间感染 ,经住院治疗好转后出院的 2 3例SARS康复者进行随访肺功能测定 ,并结合影像学等临床情况对结果进行分析。结果　 2 3例SARS康复者平均出院时间 (6 . 3± 1 2 )月 ,2例(8. 7% )出现混合性通气功能障碍 ,轻、中度各 1例 ,1例 (4 .4 % )轻度阻塞性通气功能障碍 ,1例 (4 4 % )轻度限制性通气功能障碍 ,3例 (13. 1% )FEF 2 5 %～ 75 % <6 5 % ,小通气道异常 ,其中 2例为上述混合性通气功能障碍者。共 5例 (2 1 .7% )肺功能轻、中度的异常。异常者就年龄、病灶范围与正常者的比较差异不显著 (分别是P =0 . 15 7、P =1 .0 0 0 )。结论　部分SARS康复者仍存在肺功能异常 ,与年龄、病灶范围无直接相关。

ANALYSIS OF THE FOLLOW-UP SURVEY RESULTS ON THE PULMONARY FUNCTIONOF RECOVERED PATIENTS WITH INFECTIOUS NON- TYPICAL PNEUMONIA

Objective To study the lung function condition in SARS patients during the convalescent period, raising the understanding to t he SARS. Methods 23 patients of SARSs during the period from Ma y of 2003 to February of 2003, disoharged from the hospitals and recovered from illness with follow-up of the lung function measurement. and The data were analy zed cornbining with clinical characteristics. Results Mild to m oderate admixture ventilate abnormality in lung function were found in 2 patient s (8.7%), mild obstructive ventilate abnormalities was 1 patient, and 1 mild re stricting function obstacle; small airway function abnormality existed in 3 case s (13.1%); there was no significant differrence in the age and the focus scope between the patients with lung function abnormality and those without (P=0.1 57, P=1.000). Conclusion This total 5 cases (21.7%) of lu n g function abnormality, have no relation with age, the focus scope directly.
