| 摘 要： | 目的 研究雷公藤微乳凝胶的急性毒性和皮肤刺激性。方法 通过研究雷公藤口服和经皮给药后大鼠肝、肾、胃、睾丸的组织切片，比较不同给药途径的雷公藤毒副反应的大小；单次和多次给药后观察家兔正常皮肤和破损皮肤的变化，研究其刺激性。结果 雷公藤经皮和口服给药相比，经皮给药能减轻雷公藤对肝、肾、胃、睾丸的毒副反应。单次和多次给药刺激性研究结果表明，雷公藤微乳凝胶对家兔正常皮肤无刺激性，对损伤皮肤有轻度刺激性。结论 雷公藤微乳凝胶经皮给药能减轻雷公藤对肝、肾、胃、睾丸的毒副反应；对损伤皮肤应慎用，多次给药时尤其应该注意。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the acute toxicity and skin irritation of triptolide microemulsion gel.Methods The differences between oral and transdermal delivery on triptolide in rats' liver,kidney,stomach and testis tissue were observed to compare the toxicity of different route administration;and the irritation after the single and multiple administration of rabbits on normal skin and wounded skin was observed.Results Triptolide transdermal delivery could reduce the toxicity on liver,kidney,stomach and testosterone... |
