| 摘 要： | 目的分析原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(PHPT)的临床特点和治疗。方法对上海市第六人民医院2003年9月至2005年5月收治的9例PHPT患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果以骨折、泌尿系结石、口干、多饮、多尿等为首发症状的PHPT极易误诊;同步多次测血钙、血磷、血甲状旁腺素并结合相关影像学检查可确诊。9例患者中,8例行手术治疗,1例予内科治疗。结论同步多次测血钙、血甲状旁腺素可减少PHPT的误诊,手术仍为PHPT的首选治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT). Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with primary hyperparathyroidism(2003. 9-2005. 5) in the Endocrinology Department of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital were summarized and analyzed retrospectively with review of literature. Results Primary hyperparathyroidism was liable to be misdiagnosed because of its variegated features, multiple syndronous examinations of blood calcium, parathyroid hormone(PTH) and diagnostic imaging may be helpful for the correct diagnosis. Surgical resection(8 cases) and medical treatment(1 case) were given. Conclusion Determination of blood calcium and PTH is helpful for the diagnosis and operation is the first choice of treatment. |
