肿瘤内科患者PICC置管期感染相关因素分析

目的 分析肿瘤内科患者外周中心静脉导管(PICC)置管期的感染因素,并提出防护措施,降低感染率.方法 对该科室2010年5月-2011年10月的250例PICC留置患者从年龄、性别、体重、PICC留置时间、留置部位、导管材料等方面进行回顾性分析,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析,判定感染的相关因素.结果 患者的感染发生率为8.4％,感染发生率与年龄、性别和体重差异无统计学意义；与留置时间、留置部位和导管材料差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 为防止感染发生,肿瘤内科患者进行PICC插管和置管期间,应注意对留置时间不同的患者采取针对性的护理措施,以减少医院感染的发生.

Related factors for PICC infections in patients of tumor medicine department

OBJECTIVE To explore the related factor for peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC) infections in the patients of the tumor medicine department so as to propose prevention countermeasures and reduce the infection rate.METHODS From May 2010 to Oct 2011,the age,sex,body weight,the PICC indwelling duration,indwelling site,and the catheter material of 250 PICC patients were retrospectively analyzed.SPSS13.0 software was employed for the statistical analysis,the related factors for the infections were determined.RESULTS The incidence rate of the infections was 8.4%,there was no statistical difference between the infection rate and the age,gender,and the body weight;there was statistical difference between the indwelling duration,indwelling site,and the catheter material(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Appropriate measures should be taken for preventing infections in the PICC patients.We should take targeted preventive measures for the patients with different indwelling duration so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
