消毒供应中心实施病区一次性无菌物品全程供应链的优质服务实践

目的 探讨消毒供应中心实施病区一次性无菌物品全程供应链的优质服务模式.方法 消毒供应中心对病区一次性无菌物品实施全程供应链管理.结果 采用问卷调查,开展优质服务前、后病区满意度依次为73.17％、95.12％,检验显示病区满意度显著提高(x2=7.405,P=0.007).结论 消毒供应中心对病区一次性无菌物品全程供应链管理模式显著提高了病区的满意度,提升消毒供应中心服务品质.

Practice and effect of high quality nursing service of whole process supply chain on disposable sterilized articles of wards in central sterile supply department

OBJECTIVE To explore the high quality nursing service method of whole supply chain in disposable sterilized articles in central sterile supply department.METHODS The whole process management in the disposable sterilized articles of wards was performed by central sterile supply department.RESULTS Questionnaires revealed that the satisfaction of wards before and after the conduct of high quality nursing service were 73.17% and 95.12%,respectively,the chi-square test indicated that the satisfaction of wards was significantly improved(χ2=7.405,P=0.007).CONCLUSION Through carrying out the high quality nursing service in whole process management of disposable sterilized articles in the central sterile supply department,it improves the satisfaction of the wards and elevates the service quality.
