摘    要:目的 分析医院临床分离尿路感染病原菌的分布及其对抗菌药物的耐药性,指导临床合理用药.方法 收集医院2011年1-12月尿路感染患者尿液标本中分离的病原菌308株,对其进行鉴定,并用K-B法对其进行药敏分析.结果 尿路感染病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,占63.0%,革兰阳性球菌86株占27.9%,所有分离的病原菌中,居前3位的为大肠埃希菌、粪肠球菌及肺炎克雷伯菌,分别占42.5%、17.2%及8.1%,真菌感染略有下降,占9.1%;部分病原菌出现多药耐药现象.结论 革兰阴性杆菌仍然为尿路感染的主要病原菌,分析临床分离病原菌的分布及耐药性对临床合理使用抗菌药物及医院的感染控制具有重要意义.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of the pathogens causing urinary tract infections so as to guide the clinical reasonable use of antibiotics.METHODS A total of 308 strains of pathogens from patients with urinary tract infections were collected from Jan 2011 to Dec 2011 and cultivated.Antibiotic susceptibility testing was performed by Kirby-Bauer method.RESULTS The gram-negative bacilli were the predominant pathogens causing urinary tract infections,accounting for 53.0%,there were 86(27.9%) strains of gram-positive cocci;among all the pathogens isolated,Escherichia coli,Enterococcus faecalis,and Klebsiella pneumoniae were the top three species,accounting for 42.5%,17.2%,and 8.1%,respectively,the fungal infections decreased in a certain extent,accounting for 9.1%;part of the pathogens were multidrug-resistant.CONCLUSION The gram-negative bacilli remain the predominant pathogens causing urinary tract infections,it is of great significance in the reasonable use of antibiotics and infection control to analyze the distribution and drug resistance of the clinically isolated pathogens.
