摘    要:目的 通过常规细菌计数法和ATP荧光检测法探讨胃镜及肠镜预清洗前后生物负载变化,为胃镜及肠镜预清洗环节提供客观参照和评价.方法 随机选择临床检查术后的胃镜及肠镜,采用细菌培养法和ATP荧光法监测两种内镜的活检腔道和注水注气腔道在预清洗前后微生物负载情况.结果 胃镜和肠镜活检腔道细菌CFU读数和ATP荧光RLU读数要高于注水注气管道,通过预清洗均可以降低>90%微生物负载,细菌计数法和ATP荧光检测法结果基本一致.结论 胃镜和肠镜手术后活检腔道微生物负载要高于注水注气腔道,且通过规范的预清洗可以较大程度降低生物负载,且需对活检腔道进行重点清洗.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the change of the bacterial loading on the gastroscopes and enteroscopes before and after the pre-cleaning through the routine bacterial counting and the ATP bioluminesece assay.METHODS The gastroscopses and enteroscopes were randomly selected after the use for clinical examination,the bioburden level on the two kinds of endoscopes before and after pre-cleaning was detected both by the surviving bacterial counts and the ATP bioluminesece assay.RESULTS Both the CFU of the gastroscopes and enteroscopes biopsy cavity and the RLU of the ATP were higher than the suction channel,however the process of pre-cleaning could reduce the bioburden by at least 90 percent,the result detected by the bacterial counting was basically consistent with ATP fluorescence.CONCLUSION The bioburden on the biopsy cavity of the gastroscopes and enteroscopes is higher than that of the sectional channel,to put the emphasis on the cleaning of the biopsy cavity and the standard pre-cleaning can reduce,to the largest extant,the bioburden.
