核磁共振成像术在急性骨感染中的诊断价值研究

目的 探讨核磁共振成像术(MRI)在急性骨感染中的诊断价值,为骨感染的早期治疗提供诊断依据.方法 选取2007年4月-2011年12月于医院进行检查的26例疑似急性骨感染患者为研究对象,将其分别采用X线、MRI进行检查,并与手术探查病理结果进行对比.结果 经与手术病理最终所得结果对比发现,MRI在急性骨感染部位、大小、范围及周围组织受累情况方面的诊断准确率分别为92.31％、96.15％、96.15％、96.15％,X线平片诊断率分别为73.08％、84.62％、80.77％、76.92％,两组上述指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 MRI在急性骨感染中的诊断价值较高,对于疾病诊断的各个细节的了解均有着积极的作用,尤其对于感染是否累及周围组织的诊断有较高的价值,为疾病的早期治疗提供了重要的依据.

Value of magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of acute bone infections

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of acute bone infections so as to provide basis for the treatment in the early stage.METHODS A total of 26 patients with suspected acute bone infections who enrolled hospital from Apr 2007 to Dec 2011 were selected as the study objects;they were respectively taken with X-ray and MRI for the detection,the results were compared with the pathological results of surgical exploration.RESULTS As compared with surgical and pathological findings,we found that the accurate diagnosis rates of the acute bone infection site,the size,the scope,and the surrounding tissue involvement,detected by MRI,were 92.31%,96.15%,96.15% and 96.15%,respectively,and the diagnosis rates,detected by X-ray film,were 73.08%,84.62%,80.77%,and 76.92% respectively,as compared with the indicators of the two groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION MRI has significant value in the diagnosis of acute bone infections and plays an active role in understanding of the diagnosis,especially the surrounding tissue involvement,it therefore provides important bases for the early treatment of the disease.
