传染病疫情报告的管理方法

目的 为了更好地加强传染病医院对疫情监测的质量管理,找出医院疫情报告管理中存在的问题,杜绝疫情漏报,减缓迟报,确保疫情卡信息准确完整.方法 对2004-2009年医院疫情卡填写质量、疫情管理情况分析,分析疫情漏报率、迟报率,疫情卡填写合格率.结果 疫情漏报率由2004年的5.00％逐年下降至2009年无漏报；迟报率由2004年10.03％逐年下降至2009年的0.22％；疫情卡填写合格率由2004年的23.32％逐年上升至2009年的99.30％.结论 只有不断提高全体医务人员认真执行两法的自觉性,采取有效地监督和管理,加大管理力度才能做好疫情管理工作.

Administration of infectious disease reports

OBJECTIVE To reinforce the quality management of the monitoring of infectious diseases and find out problems in the administration of disease reports so as to prevent the missing reports,decrease the delayed reports,and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information of the disease report cards.METHODS The rates of missing reports,delayed reports and qualified filling disease cards were analyzed through the analysis of the quality of filling out the disease cards and the administration of diseases.RESULTS The rate of missing reports gradually declined from 5.00% in 2004 to 0% in 2009,the rate of delayed reports declined from 10.03% in 2004 to 0.22% in 2009;the qualified rate of filling out the disease cards increased from 23.32% in 2004 to 99.30% in 2009.CONCLUSION Only enforce the consciousness of careful implementation of two laws for the hospital crew,take effective supervision and administration,and strengthen the administration,can make the administration infectious disease better.
