1120株鲍氏不动杆菌的分布及耐药性分析

目的 了解医院感染鲍氏不动杆菌(ABA)的临床分布及其耐药性,为临床用药提供依据.方法 回顾性调查分析2009年1月-2011年6月临床标本中分离的1120株鲍氏不动杆菌临床特点及其耐药性.结果 2009年1月-2011年6月共检出1120株ABA,其中2009-2011年分别检出253、444、423株,检出率分别为8.9％、10.1％、14.6％；ABA的标本来源以呼吸道为主,占76.7％,主要来自ICU、神经外科和呼吸内科,分别占36.9％、12.2％、9.3％；鲍氏不动杆菌除对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药率较低外,对其余15种抗菌药物耐药率均较高,且呈逐年升高趋势.结论 鲍氏不动杆菌的分离率及耐药性逐年增加,应积极预防治疗医院感染,合理使用抗菌药物,以减少耐药株的产生.

Distribution and drug resistance of 1120 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii

OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii isolates and to provide basis for clinical application of antibiotics.METHODS The data on 1120 strains of A.baumannii from Jan 2009 to Jun 2011 were collected and reviewed to analyze the changes in distribution and drug resistance.RESULTS Of totally 1120 strains of A.baumannii isolated,253(8.9%) were isolated in 2009,444(10.1%) in 2010,and 423(14.6%) in 2011;the specimens were mainly obtained from the respiratory tract,accounting for 76.7%,A.baumannii isolates were primarily from the ICU,neurosurgery department and department of respiratory medicine,accounting for 36.9%,12.2%,and 9.3%,respectively;the antimicrobial susceptibility testing showed that the drug resistance rates of A.baumannii were relatively low to cefoperazone/sulbactam except 15 other antibiotics and increased year by year.CONCLUSION Both the detection rate and the drug resistance of A.baumannii increased year by year;the prevention and control of nosocomial infections should be strengthened,and the antibiotics should be used reasonably in order to decrease the drug resistant strains.
