急诊科预防清创缝合术后感染护理干预探讨

目的 探讨护理干预对急诊科预防清创缝合术后感染的临床效果,为预防感染发生提供参考资料.方法 选取医院急诊科清创缝合并给与护理干预患者196例为观察组,选取同期急诊科清创缝合未给予护理干预患者140例为对照组,将两组患者术后感染及细菌培养结果进行统计分析.结果 清创缝合术后7d,观察组感染9例,感染率4.59％,对照组感染16例,感染率11.43％,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；经细菌培养,观察组感染主要为金黄色葡萄球菌,占33.33％,表皮葡萄球菌占22.22％,对照组感染主要为金黄色葡萄球菌,占25.00％,表皮葡萄球菌占18.75％,溶血葡萄球菌占18.75％.结论 通过护理干预模式,能有效降低清创缝合术后患者的感染率,改善患者的伤口愈合,提高临床治疗效果.

Nursing interventions in prevention of infections after debridement suture surgery in department of emergency

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects of nursing interventions on the prevention of infections after debridement surgery in emergency department so as to provide reference for the prevention of infections.METHODS A total of 196 patients who underwent the debridement surgery and received the nursing interventions were selected as the observation group,and 140 patients without receiving the nursing interventions were selected as the control group,the postoperative infections and the bacterial cultures were taken for statistical analysis.RESULTS Seven days after the debridement and suture surgery,the infection occurred in 9 cases of the observation group with the infection rate of 4.59%,and 16 cases in the control group,the infection rate 11.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the bacterial culture result revealed that Staphylococcus aureus(33.33%) and S.epidermidi(22.22%) were the main species causing infections in the observation group,and S.aureus(25.00%),S.epidermidis(18.75%),and S.haemolyticus(18.75%) were the main species causing infections in the control group.CONCLUSION Nursing intervention model can effectively reduce the incidence of the infections after debridement suture surgery,improving the patient’s wound healing as well as the clinical treatment efficacy.
