川崎病血脂异常及其与冠状动脉病变的关系

目的:研究川崎病患儿血脂水平及其与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法:检测川崎病患儿治疗前后外周血三酰甘油、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白,以健康儿童对照,并分析血脂水平变化与冠状动脉病变的关系。结果:川崎病患儿治疗前血脂异常,与健康儿童差异有统计学意义。治疗10~14d后未并发冠脉病变患儿血脂异常回复,而并发冠脉病变患儿血脂持续异常。结论:川崎病存在明显的脂质代谢紊乱,而且并发冠状动脉病变的川崎病血脂回复正常较为缓慢,其可能成为早期诊断川崎病并发冠状动脉病变的早期诊断指标。

Dyslipidemia and its relationship of coronary artery lesion in Kawasaki disease

Objective： To study the dyslipidemia and its relationship of coronary artery lesion in Kawasaki disease.Methods： The serum TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C of children with Kawasaki disease were detected before and 10-14 days after treatment and controlled with health children.The relationship of dyslipidemia and coronary artery lesion were analyzed.Results： There were dyslipidemia in children with Kawasaki disease before treatment.10-14 days after treatment,the level of blood fat in Kawasaki disease without coronary artery lesion was revered to normality,but the level of blood fat in Kawasaki disease with coronary artery lesion was still abnormal.Conclusion： There is dyslipidemia in Kawasaki disease.The dyslipidemia is recovery slowly in Kawasaki disease with coronary artery lesion,which can be an index of early diagnose for Kawasaki disease with coronary artery lesion.
