| 摘 要： | 本文合成了６种未见文献报道的双（烷氧羰甲基）二碘化锡配合物，利用红外光谱，核磁共振氢谱等对这些配合物进行了表征，其中部分配合物的体外抗癌活性筛选表明其抗Ｅｈｒｌｉｃｈ腹水癌活性不及阿克拉霉素Ａ。

| Abstract: | The synthesis and characterization of a series of bis (alkoxycarbonylmethyl) tin diiodides complexes with bidentate nitrogen ligands 2,2'-bipyridyl and 1, 10-phenanthroline were described in this paper. Their IR and proton NMR spectra were discussed. The in vitro antitumour activity of some of these complexes tested against Ehrlich ascites tumour was lower than that of Acalacinomvcin A. |
