人胎儿呼吸道肥大细胞的超微结构

摘    要:目的:探讨人胎儿呼吸道发育中肥大细胞的分型、超微结构特点及其功能状态。材料和方法:对12例6月-9月胎龄人胎儿鼻粘膜和气管组织进行透射电镜标本制作和观察。结果:胎儿期呼吸道肥大细胞的颗粒多为粗粒状或细粒状,有的有致密核芯,少量颗粒内有晶格状结构;并且肥大细胞有活跃的脱颗粒现象。结论:人胎儿另一种呼吸道肥大细胞为不成熟的MCTC型,肥大细胞通过脱颗粒积极参与呼吸道的发育。

Abstract:Objective:To study the types, ultrastructural characteristics and functional status of mast cells (MCs) in the human fetal respiratory tract. Methods: The MCs in nasal mucose and trachea were observed by transmission eletron microscopy on 12 fetuses of different age. Results: It were found that the granules of MCs were mostly made of coarse of fine particles,some of them had dense core and a few of them had crystal structure. Moreover, there were actively degranulated MCs were found. Conclusion:These results suggest that the MCs in human fetal respiratory tract are immature MCTC, and may take part in the maturity of respiratory tract by degranulation.
