| 摘 要： | 目的 研究依达拉奉注射液的制备工艺.方法 采用HPLC筛选处方,通过相关试验考察工艺的稳定性.结果 依达拉奉注射液的最佳处方为每100ml溶液中添加亚硫酸钠200mg、L-盐酸半胱氨酸100mg,该品在pH为3.1～4.5下较稳定.结论 按照筛选出的处方和确定的工艺制备的依达拉奉注射液质量稳定.

The Research for the Technology about the Production about Edaravone Injection |

| Abstract: | Objective To research for the technology about the production about Edaravone injection. Methods Selecting the recipe by made according to the HPLC. Results The best recipe is increasing Anhydrous Sodium Sulfite 200mg and L-Cysteine Hydrochloride Anhydrous per lOOml solution 100mg. It is stabilized in pH 3.0-4.5. Conclusion The Edaravone injection would be stabilized in accordance with the recipe be increased, and production technology be determined. |
