摘    要:目的 :探讨发生急性高原反应时和习服后心功能变化。方法 :对比研究高原 (日喀则 ,海拔 390 0m) 5 6例发生急性高原反应者和平原 (西安 ,海拔 4 0 0m) 5 6例年龄和性别匹配的健康对照者心功能指标 ,并观察高原低氧习服后 ,心功能指标的变化过程。结果 :发生急性高原反应时心率、左室射血分数、短轴缩短率、心输出量均增大 ,室间隔运动幅度减低 ,左室舒张末期容积减小 ,右室轻度扩大。经过 6 0d习服后上述改变均有不同程度恢复。结论 :发生急性高原反应者 ,在初上高原时心功能变化较大 ,习服后适应高原环境

Abstract:Objective: To study the changes of cardiac function of subjects with acute high altitude reaction and after hypoxic acclimatization by echocardiography. Methods: The cardiac functions of 56 subjects with acute high altitude reaction at about 3900 m altitude above sea level and 56 age - gender - matched normal subjects at about 400 m altitude above sea level were recorded on echocardiogram, and the progress of the cardiac functions during hypoxic acclimatization at high altitude was also observed. Results: In subjects with acute high altitude reaction, their left ventricular ejection fraction, fractional shortening and cardiac output increased significantly, their end - diastolic volume and amplitude of interventricular septal motion decreased, and end - diastolic diameter of right ventricle expanded mildly, compared with those of the normal subjects in the plain. During the acclimatization to high altitude for about 60 days, all these changes had a tendency to restore. Conclusion: The cardiac functions of people with acute high altitude reaction change greatly, and then restore gradually after they obtain good acclimatization.
