| 摘 要： | 目的对Q开关激光和强脉冲光治疗雀斑的临床效果进行评价。方法计算机检索PUBMED、EMBASE数据库、万方数据库、中国知网中文数据库。收集Q开关激光和强脉冲光治疗雀斑相关文献,进行meta分析。结果 Q开关激光治疗雀斑的患者总满意度、总有效率、总并发症发生率均高于强脉冲光治疗(P<0.05)。结论 Q开关激光和强脉冲光治疗雀斑各有优缺点,对不同的患者应做出合适的选择。在关注治疗效果的同时,更应关注其副作用的预防和处理。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Q-switched Laser and Intense Pulsed Light in the treatment of freckles.Methods The computer searched PUBMED literature database,EMBASE database,Wanfang database,and China Knowledge Network Chinese database.related literatures of Q-switched Laser and Intense Pulsed Light for the treatment of freckles were performed and meta-analysis was performed.Results The satisfaction degree and the total effective rate of Q-switched Laser were higher than that of Intense Pulsed Light (P﹤0.05),and the incidence of the total complications was also higher than that of Intense pulsed light(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Q-switched Laser and Intense Pulsed Light have their own advantages and disadvantages.Appropriate choices should be made according to different patient needs.While focusing on the treatment,we should pay more attention to the prevention and treatment of side effects. |
