知信行模式在皮肤软组织扩张术临床护理中的应用

目的探讨基于知信行理论模式在皮肤软组织扩张术修复皮肤瘢痕中的应用。方法纳入于我科选择皮肤软组织扩张术修复皮肤瘢痕的患者120例,共埋置皮肤软组织扩张器122枚,按入院年份分为对照组60例和试验组60例,对照组采用回顾性研究。按整形美容外科常规护理全程施行于对照组,基于知信行科学宣教方案、心理护理流程配合常规护理则对试验组围手术期全程进行干预,研究分析治疗依从性、并发症发生及医护满意度情况。结果试验组患者围手术期全程并发症发生低于对照组,治疗依从性、医护满意度情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将知信行运用到皮肤软组织扩张术修复面颈部皮肤瘢痕的患者中,可有效降低患者围手术期并发症的发生率,提高患者治疗依从性及对医护服务的满意度。

Application of knowing,believing and doing mode in clinical nursing of skin soft tissue expansion

Objective To explore the application of the theory model of knowledge,belief and behavior in the repair of skin scar by skin soft tissue expansion.Methods:a total of 120 patients with skin scar repaired by skin soft tissue expansion were enrolled in our department.122 pieces of skin soft tissue expanders were embedded.According to the year of admission,the patients were divided into control group (60 cases) and experimental group (60 cases).The control group was studied retrospectively.According to the whole process of conventional nursing in plastic and aesthetic surgery in the control group,based on the scientific publicity and education program of knowledge,information and practice,psychological nursing process and routine nursing,the whole process of perioperative intervention in the experimental group was studied and analyzed,including treatment compliance,complications and medical satisfaction.Results:the incidence of complications in the whole perioperative period in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the treatment compliance and medical satisfaction were significantly higher than that in the control group (P ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion:the application of zhixinxing to the patients with facial and neck skin scar can effectively reduce the incidence of perioperative complications,improve patients’ treatment compliance and satisfaction with medical services.
