毫火针外治配合二至丸加味内服治疗阴虚内热型中重度痤疮的临床疗效观察

目的观察毫火针外治配合二至丸加味内服治疗阴虚内热型中重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法选择符合纳入标准的阴虚内热型痤疮患者共400例,按照随机对照分组方法,平均分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用毫火针外治配合二至丸加味内服治疗;对照组采用普通清粉刺治疗配合米诺环素片内服,两组均外用异维A酸红霉素凝胶,疗程8周。观察比较两组临床疗效、痤疮严重程度评分量表(Gags)评价症状改善、治疗前后的生活质量评分(ADI)及睡眠质量评分(PSQI)。结果治疗组有效率为93.43%;对照组有效率为60.87%;Gags评分、ADI评分、PSQI评分治疗组改善情况均优于对照组。结论毫火针外治配合二至丸加味内服治疗阴虚内热型中重度痤疮疗效安全可靠,同时能较好的改善患者生活质量和睡眠质量,值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Yin-deficiency Internal Heat-type Moderate and Severe Acne with Erzhi Pill

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Erzhi Pill in treating moderate and severe acne with internal fever of Yin deficiency.Methods A total of 400 patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency acne were selected according to the standard of inclusion.The control group was treated with common clear powder and minocycline tablets,and the two groups were treated with isovitamin erythromycin gel for 8 weeks.we observed and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the acne severity score scale (gags) to evaluate symptom improvement,quality of life score (ADI) and sleep quality score (PSQI) before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.43%;the effective rate of the control group was 60.87%;the improvement of the GAGs score,ADI score and PSQI score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion It is safe and reliable to treat Yin deficiency and internal heat type acne with Erzhiwan and improve the quality of life and sleep.
