心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的治疗进展研究

心力衰竭进展到一定阶段常常合并室性心律失常，这也是引发心衰患者死亡最常见的直接原因之一。心力衰竭与室性心律失常的合并出现可互为因果、相互促进，增加疾病的危险性和治疗的难度。针对本病的治疗，除关注患者的基础性疾病、对抗其心衰症状以外，对室性心律失常的处理需综合考虑。本文以心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的形成机制、诱发因素、临床诊断及治疗方法方面的进展为主要内容作一综述。

Research Progress on Treatment of Heart Failure Combined Ventricu-lar Arrhythmia

Heart failure often merge to a certain stage in the ventricular arrhythmia, which is caused by heart failure patients with one of the most common direct cause of death. Heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia in combination can be causal and promote each other, increase the difficulty of the risk of disease and treatment. For the treatment of the disease, in addition to focus on the patient＇s underlying disease, against the symptoms of heart failure, handling of ventricular arrhythmias should be taken into account. In this paper, the key to heart failure mechanism for the formation of ventricular arrhythmia, inducing factors, clinical diagnosis and treatment progress as the main content.
