宁夏涂阳肺结核病例发现率影响因素分析

目的　探讨影响宁夏涂阳病例发现的主要因素,努力提高涂阳病例发现水平。方法 对宁夏6个市县的统计报表和1999、2000、2001年登记的涂阳肺结核病例转诊情况及结核病防治知识的问卷调查资料进行分析。结果 涂阳登记率低于全国同期世行项目省的平均水平。涂阳登记率与可疑者就诊率、痰检率、痰检阳性率3因素之积呈正相关,但与其中单一因素无相关关系。结论 可疑者就诊率、痰检率和痰检阳性率是影响宁夏涂阳病例发现的3个主要技术因素。3个因素同时提高,才能使涂阳病例的发现率提高。

Analyse influencing factors about finding of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis case in Ningxia

Objective To study mainly influencing factors about case-finding of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in Ningxia and to enhance the case-finding lever.Methods The registration report of 6 cities has been analyzed.The condition of transferring about the smear-positive cases in 1999,2000 and 2001 have been investigated. At the same time, the information about pulmonary tuberculosis prevents and cure through questionnaire year has been analyzed.Results The registration rate of the smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis was under average lever of World Bank Loan Tuberculosis Control project province in the same term. The registration rate of the smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis was showed positive correlation with the product of three factors which were the rate of suspect see a doctor, the rate of sputum examination and the rate of smear positive. But it did not show correlation with any one factor among three factors.Conclusion Three factors are mainly influencing factors about the case-finding of the smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.If three factors rise together,the finding rate of the smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis will rise.
