| 摘 要： | 目的探讨学龄儿童的诈病原因,提高识别的技巧。方法对诈病儿童实施细致的临床体查,相关实验室检查,院外心理专科会诊,细心对谈方式结合临床经验等措施。结果确诊为诈病的儿童共有10例,其中8例以"发热﹑腹痛﹑胸痛"患儿因学习压力大﹑厌学而诈病;1例因自觉好玩想"挑战"医生而诈病;1例因缺乏家庭的关爱以"气促﹑双下肢无力"而诈病;最后均以"治愈"而出院。结论提高对儿童诈病的识别技巧,及早给予有效干预,对儿童的健康成长以及促进家庭与社会和谐有着非常重要的临床意义。
