马来酸罗格列酮与罗格列酮钠对2型糖尿病疗效及安全性的比较

目的观察和比较马来酸罗格列酮和罗格列酮钠对糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法将150例2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组,在保持原服用降血糖药物剂量不变的基础上,分别给予马来酸罗格列酮和罗格列酮钠治疗,观察治疗前后患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、空腹胰岛素(FIns)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c)、肌酐(C r)、尿素氮(BUN)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)等指标变化情况。结果两组患者治疗12周后的FPG、2hPG、FINS、HbA1 c与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),C r、BUN、ALT、AST等指标与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12周后,两组患者所有指标组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组水肿发生率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论马来酸罗格列酮和罗格列酮钠均能通过增加胰岛素的敏感性而降低血糖,罗格列酮钠不良反应的发生率稍大于马来酸罗格列酮,但不造成人体损害,用于2型糖尿病的治疗是有效而安全的。

Investigation of the Therapeutic Effect and Safety of Rosiglitazone Maleat and Sodium in Type 2 Di abetes Mellitus

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect and safety of rosiglitazone maleat （Avandia） and sodium（Tailuo） in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 150 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided randomly into two groups. Avandia therapy was carried out in one group, Tailuo in the other. To observe the biochemical data changes before and after treatment, such as FPG, 2hPG, Fins, HbAlc,Cr, BUN,ALT and AST. Results After treatment for 12 weeks by Avandia and Tailuo, indexes such as FPG, 2hPG, FINS and HbAle had significant differences with the data before treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. other indexes such as Cr, BUN, ALT and AST had no statistic changes （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The edema occur more often in Tailuo group than Avandia group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Both Avandia and Tailuo were effective in reducing glucose by increasing insulin sensitivity. The incidence of Tailuo＇side effect is a little higher more than Avandia＇s, but no harm cause to the body. Both of them are effective and safety.
