| 摘 要： | 胃癌是常见恶性肿瘤之一，是一种高度异质性肿瘤，根据Lauren分型将胃癌分为肠型和弥漫型。随着临床
诊疗观念和技术的不断更新与进步，对胃癌进行规范化及个体化综合治疗已成为主要发展趋势，但不同的胃癌分型
及分期，其临床病理特征、治疗方法及预后可能存在差异。

| Abstract: | Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common malignant tumors with high heterogeneity. According to Lauren classification, GC is divided into intestinal type and diffuse type. With rapid progress in technologies and ideas in the clinical diagnosis for GC, the normalized and individualized comprehensive treatment has become the main trend. However, the clinicopathological characteristics, remedy and prognosis for GC may be diff erent because of the diff erent classifi cations and stages. |
