山楂提取物对人体血脂影响的研究

摘    要:目的观察山楂提取物对于高脂血症的治疗效果。方法采用自身对照的方法。45名受试者每天食用山楂提取物样品3.6g(浓度10%),食用时间为3个月。食用前和食用期间分别进行连续3d膳食调查,确保受试者在食用期间不改变饮食习惯。并于食用于前、食用后每个月分别进行血脂生化指标测定,分别为高密度脂蛋白一胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白一胆固醇(LDL-C)由公式计算得出。结果山楂提取物能明显降低血清TC、TG和LDL-C浓度,对HDL-C作用不明显。结论山楂提取物对高脂血症人群具有良好的调节血脂作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of hawthorn fruit extraction on the blood lipids of the hy perlipidemia.Methods Atuo-control method was used.45 volunteers took the hawthorn fruit extraction contained samples 3.6?g(10%) daily for 3 m onths .The 3-day diet record was taken before and during the test to ensure their die tary habits were maintaned.Their blood was sampled before the test and at the en d of ev ery month for serum lipids analysis.Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and hi gh-density lipoprotein HDL levels were determined.Low-density lipoprotein(LDL) was calculated by a formula.Results The hawthorn fruit extraction significantly decre ased the levels of serum TG(>15%),TC(>10%)and LDL-C(P<0.05),but it had n o significant effect on HDL-C.Conclusion The hawtorn fruit extraction had significant b enefit on the blood lipids of the hyperlipidemia.
