| 摘 要： | 目的研究多烯紫杉醇联合顺铂及5-FU治疗进展期胃癌的近期疗效及不良反应。方法16例进展期胃癌病人,多烯紫杉醇75mg/m2ivdripd1,5-FU2.5g/m2化疗泵持续ivdripd1-d5,DDP20mg/m2ivdripd1-d5,28d为1周期,至少治疗2周期。结果16例患者中CR1例,PR7例,SD6例,PD2例,总有效率(CR+PR)为50%,不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、脱发及胃肠道反应。结论DCF方案治疗晚期胃癌疗效较好,毒副反应可耐受。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical efficacy and toxicity of docetaxol plus 5-Fu and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.METHODS 16 patients with advanced gastric cancer,docetaxol 75mg/m2 ivdrip dl,5-Fu 2.5g/m2 for 120h,cisplatin 20 mg/m2 ivdrip,d1-d5,repeated every 4 weeks.RESULTS Among 16 patients,CR one case,PR seven cases,SD six cases,PD two cases,the total response rate(CR+PR)was 50%.The main toxicities included myelosuppression,alopecia and nausea,vomiting.CONCLUSION Docetaxol plus 5-Fu and cisplatin were effective in treating advanced gastric cancer,the toxicity is mild and tolerable for most patients. |
