| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心脏骤停和成功复苏后内皮细胞损伤与凝血状态的变化、相关性及与预后的关系。方法：35例心脏骤停成功复苏患者，按照预后分为生存组和死亡组；健康正常人30例为对照组。分别测定血乳酸（LA），血管性假性血友病因子（vWF）和D-二聚体（D-dimer）水平。结果：死亡组和生存组的LA，vWF和D-dimer均高于对照组（P〈0．01），死亡组LA，vWF与D-dimer高于生存组（P〈0．05），复苏组LA，vWF与D-dimer呈明显正相关（P〈0．01），D-dimer与预后呈非常明显的负相关（r=-0．2903，P〈0．01）。结论：心脏骤停复苏成功患者存在组织和血管内皮细胞损伤及凝血功能紊乱，且二者存在相关性，D-dimer可能是判断预后的一种标记物。
