| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜及官腔镜在宫内节育器异位诊治中的应用。方法 回顾性分析14例宫内节育器异位的临床特征及诊治过程。结果 14例患者经腹腔镜、官腔镜手术取器均获得成功。结论 遇到取器失败的患者，应想到有宫内节育器异位的可能，应及时诊断，减少盲目操作；采用官腔镜、腹腔镜手术直观、微创，可获良好效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relication of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of intrautcrine device(IUD)transmigration.Method The characterization and diagnosis and treatment of 14 cases with IUD transmigration were analyzed.Results All the 14 cases operation under the laparoscopy and hystoroscopy were successful.Conclusion Under the laparoscopy and hysteroscopy,IUD transmigration should be diagnose and cure in timely and safely. |
