| 摘 要： | 目的观察单纯使用热磁振与热磁振加电脑中频治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选择单用热磁振治疗50例作为对照组，热磁振加电脑中频50例作为综合组，对比两组间疗效的差别。结果两组间疗效差异有统计学意义（Z=2．959，P=0．003）。结论在颈椎病的物理因子治疗中，热磁振加电脑中频综合应用有协同作用，疗效好，疗程短。
