物理因子对神经系统影响的研究现状和膜片钳技术的应用

摘    要:人们生活的环境中物理因子的影响无处不在。物理因子对人神经系统的影响也是十分的突出。目前这方面的研究也很多,但是方法各不相同并且只是在生物整体或器官水平上的。膜片钳技术是一种先进的电生理技术,通过该技术研究物理因子对神经系统的影响,可以在细胞和分子水平上揭示物理因子作用下神经系统的某些重要的生理功能。文中回顾了国内外物理因子对神经系统的研究方法和现状,简要介绍神经系统结构和功能以及膜片钳的基本原理.提出了膜片钳技术在研究物理因子对神经系统影响中的可能应用与前景。

Abstract:The effects of physical gene can exist everywhere, which have also outstanding effects on the human nervous system. Most of the current researches of the effects of nervous system inflicted by physical gene are based on the levels of entire body or organs of creatures. And still, there is no agreement on the conclusions. Patch clamp is an advanced electrophysiological technique, with which we can study the influence of the physical gene at the level of cells, and then reveal the physiological activities of nervous system tissues under physical gene. We reviewed the methods and status of studies on the nervous system of physical gene both in and out aboard, the basic principle of this technique is introduced briefly, and put forward the possible application and foreground in research of the physical gene on nervous system tissue using the patch clamp technique.
