| 摘 要： | 目的:分析总结目前在精神科开展健康教育中存在的问题及对应措施,从而明确改进方向,不断提高健康教育质量,满足病人需求。方法:通过回顾性总结,针对我院健康教育推广初期的难处,找出存在的问题,并提出解决的对策。结果:护、患、管理者均存在不同程度的薄弱环节。通过重视对健康教育的管理,改进健康教育方法,有助于提高精神科健康教育质量。结论:实施有效的健康教育,推进精神科健康教育向纵深发展,以期提高病人及家属满意度,增强护理队伍的综合实力。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the problems of launching health education in department of psychosis and its countermeasures.So as to improve the quality of health education and improve patient's satisfation.Method:Found out the problems in early stage,and presented solving measures.Result:There were difference in sufficient links on nurse,patient and manageers.After implemented and improved health education for management,the result shows that it was worth to improve quality of health education.Conclusion:To implement effective health education and advance development of health education in department of psychosis may improve patient's satisfactions and enhance synthetical strength of nurses. |
