肾动静脉瘘介入治疗患者的护理

目的　探讨肾动静脉瘘患者介入治疗的临床护理方法。方法　心理护理,术前、术后密切观察生命体征,尿液颜色变化,动静脉造影穿刺侧下肢护理,高热护理,严格卧床休息,并给予相应饮食康复指导。结果　2 3例肾动静脉瘘介入术治疗患者,有效控制了出血,无一例肾切除,全部治愈出院。结论　术前、术后精心的护理,能及时发现病情变化,有效减少并发症的发生,促进患者早日康复。

NURSING FOR PATIENTS WITH RENAL ARTERIOVENOUS FISTULA UNDERWENT INTERVENTIONAL TREATMENT

Objective Probe into the clinical nursing measures for the patients with renal arteriovenous fistula underwent interventional treatment. Methods Mental nursing, closely observing the life signs before and after operation aswell as the color of urine, nursing the lower limb punctured for arteriovenous contrast examination, high fever nursing, strictly bed rest, serving appropriate diet and guide of rehabilitation. Results All of the 23 patients with renal arteriovenous fistula underwent interventional treatment had effectively controlled bleeding, non of them had nephrectomize, all had been cured and discharged. Conclusion Through nursing with loving care before and after operation, the state of illness can be discovered timely, the occurrence of complication reduced effectively, healing of patients can be accelerated.
