2007年莱芜市从业人员慢性非传染性疾病患病情况调查

目的]了解莱芜市从业人员慢性非传染性疾病(慢病)患病情况,为从业人员慢病防治提供依据。方法]对从业人员进行病史询问、X线、B超、心电图、血尿常规及其他检查,并进行自身慢病知晓率及获取慢病知识最愿意采用的方式调查。结果]慢病患病率为13.66%,前三位为高血压病、胃及十二脂肠病和骨关节病;39岁以下人群胃及十二指肠病占首位,40岁以上高血压病占首位;慢病知晓率为28.94%;获取慢病防治知识最愿意采用的方式为知识小册子。结论]针对从业人员不同人群,有针对性地采取慢病防治措施,维护从业人员身体健康。

An Analysis about the Chronic Non-communicable Diseases Status of Employees in Laiwu City in 2007

Objective]To analysize the status of the chronic non-communicable diseases in employees,to provide foundation for prevention and control.Methods]History taking,x-ray,B-type ultrasonography,ECG,blood and urine routine examination and other examination were used,the self-knowing rate of the chronic diseases and the favorable way taken by employees when obtaining the chronic diseases knowledge were both investigated.Results]The sickness rate of chronic diseases was 13.66%.Hyperpiesia,stomach and duodenum sikness and bone joint sickness situated ahead.Stomach and duodenum sickness was in the first place in population under the age of 39;Hyperpiesia was in the first place in population above the age of 40.The self-knowing rate of chronic diseases was 28.94%.The favorable way obtaining the chronic diseases knowledge was booklet.Conclusion]Various steps of the chronic diseases prevention and control should be adopted aiming at various population in order to maintain the employees' health.
