| 摘 要： | 综述了人工气道的湿化方法,如:人工鼻湿化法、湿纱布覆盖法、气管内滴注湿化法、超声雾化吸入法、直接喷雾湿化法等,及存在的问题;介绍了湿化时需要注意的几个方面,即湿化液的选择、湿化液的温度、湿度控制、湿化液的量及速度。在临床人工气道的护理中选择正确的湿化方法,可以减轻病人的痛苦,促进其康复。

| Abstract: | This article reviewed the methods used to moisten artificial air-way,such as artificial nose moist,moist compress,dripping mosit through air-way,ultrasonic nebulization,direct vapour moist,etc,and existing problems.The worthy-noted points when moistening artificial air-way were introduced,such as selection of moist liquid,temperature and dense of moist liquid and dose and speed of moist liquid.In addition,it stated that selection of correct methods of moistening air-way in the clinical practice could release patients' suffer and promote their rehabilitation. |
